2 iPhone apps that I recently discovered and recommend:
Happier: This app works like a gratitude journal. You jot down what you’re grateful for each day. You can recommend this app to friends and then share your happy moments. It’s free!
Sleep Cycle: This app monitors your sleep every night and wakes you up at the right moment for your body. First, you set a time period for waking up. So if you need to be awake by 8:00am, you can set the time period between 7:30-8:00am or 7:45-8:00am. Second, you place your phone on your bed near your pillow so that it can monitor your sleep based on vibrations and movements. It can tell when you’re in deep or light sleep. Finally, the alarm will go off when you’re not deeply sleeping so that when you wake up, you feel more awake. It’s 99 cents and worth every penny!
